Introduction
The RUNQIA handheld laser welding machine adopts a handheld welding gun to replace the traditional fixed optical path design. It supports manual handheld welding, featuring high flexibility and convenience with a longer welding working distance. It overcomes the space limitations of fixed workbenches and is applicable to scenarios where automatic welding cannot be performed due to inconsistent workpiece sizes.
It is mainly used for large workpieces and fixed-position welding such as inner right angles, outer right angles and planar weld seams. During welding, it delivers a small heat-affected zone, minimal deformation, large welding penetration and firm welding joints. It is an innovative and highly flexible welding process for long-distance welding of large workpieces.
Application
The handheld laser welding machine can emit laser through a single optical fiber head or multiple optical fiber heads, and supports long-distance welding. The laser spot features uniform energy distribution and provides the optimal spot required for welding performance. It is adaptable to various complex weld seams, as well as spot welding, straight seam welding, circular welding and arbitrary path welding of various components.
It is easy to realize automation and can be organically combined with robotic manipulators for more flexible and convenient welding.
