Introduction
The RUNQIA handheld laser welding machine adopts a handheld welding gun to replace the traditional fixed optical path structure. It enables manual handheld welding with great flexibility and convenience, and supports a longer welding distance. It overcomes the space limitation of conventional workbenches and is applicable to scenarios where automatic welding cannot be performed due to inconsistent workpiece dimensions.
It is mainly used for welding large workpieces and fixed-position joints such as inner right angles, outer right angles and flat weld seams. During welding, it features a small heat-affected zone, minimal workpiece deformation, large welding penetration depth and firm weld joints. It is an innovative and highly flexible welding process for long-distance welding of large-sized workpieces.
Application
The handheld laser welding machine can output laser through a single fiber optic head or multiple fiber optic heads and supports long-distance welding. The laser welding spot features uniform energy distribution and delivers the optimal spot pattern required for welding performance. It is suitable for various complex weld seams, as well as spot welding, straight seam welding, circular welding, and arbitrary path welding of various components.
