Introduction


The company is committed to developing a new-generation alternative laser polishing technology, which is mainly applied to the surface polishing of non-metallic materials, such as sapphire, ceramics, PE, PT and other materials.It is especially suitable for surface polishing of 3D printed plastic parts.

Laser polishing equipment uses a fiber laser beam to polish processed components. Adopting an integrated monolithic structure, the equipment causes no chemical pollution and produces no operating noise. It features high efficiency, long service life and low maintenance requirements, greatly saving labor and energy consumption.

As a new type of material surface treatment technology developed along with the advancement of laser technology, laser polishing irradiates the workpiece with a laser beam of specific energy density and wavelength. This forms a thin melted or vaporized layer on the workpiece surface to achieve a smooth finish.

Laser polishing machines fundamentally solve the processing difficulties of workpieces with complex shapes and profiles that traditional polishing technologies can hardly or never handle. It enables automated processing, making laser polishing a promising advanced material processing technology.
