Introduction
Customized laser cleaning machines can realize multi-purpose cleaning through robots, replacing traditional sandblasting or dry ice cleaning, and are also available for on-line cleaning.
The laser cleaning machine outputs laser beam and achieves the cleaning function via an ultra-high speed scanning galvanometer system. It features high electro-optical conversion efficiency and air cooling design. The whole machine is compact in size with superior output beam quality, high reliability and ultra-long service life. It also has the advantages of energy saving, fast cleaning speed, high precision, strong stability and flexible operation.
It is mainly applied to the on-line cleaning of auto parts, motor rotors and mobile phone parts.
Application
It is mainly used for paint removal of industrial products and cleaning of high-value components. Its high power output causes no damage to the cleaned objects and produces no environmental pollution.
It is applicable to component bonding, welding surface pre-treatment, full or partial paint stripping on metal surfaces, as well as cleaning of various industrial products and molds.
